We no longer have any problem with black widow spiders, roaches or any other type of bugs since the monthly service began. When we set up this service, Drew arranged to come on the best day and date of each month. He calls the day before to confirm the appointment and to ask what if anything, has been a problem, so he can address it when he arrives. He is very professional, friendly and accommodating with changes in schedules when and if necessary. He is very trustworthy; when he was here to perform service in August we were set up for an estate sale, and there was valuable jewelry and other valuables on tables throughout the home. He paid no attention to any of it. He did his work, gave me a receipt and left, wishing me well with the sale.
I use a wheelchair and Drew is very comfortable with that, which is fairly rare in my experience. He is one of the few people I have met who treats me as he should--the same as anyone else! He makes certain to lock up the security gates before leaving, to ensure my safety, which demonstrates a thoughtfulness I appreciate. He is a very good man in addition to being a very knowledgeable and conscientious provider. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know.
