Don’t do it. Wanted a bathroom remodel with walk in shower with heated lamps in ceilings They come in to start an estimate and tell you oh we can do this and that no problem. Then no one to follow thru on what you actually wanted. Asked before they started if I needed to take clothes out of attached walk in closet. Assured us they would cover with plastic and allow us access to closet. Well that didn’t happen until after they jackhammered floor tile out so you can imagine how bad the closet was-everything needed to be washed. Told them we wanted recessed medicine cabinets again assured no problem. They cut out and went thru wall into the hallway and chipped up drywall. Owners son just smirked when my husband pointed this out to him. Workers didn’t care about the rest of our house. Mortar and grout on door handles and the frame of door into our bedroom chunked up from them taking their tools in and out. Tore off paint in our bedroom from “storing” the toilet and supplies in the corner. Dried concrete left on our rocks and house where they mixed cement and cleaned their tools. Custom cabinets. Those did turn out nice however not straight as flooring shows just how misaligned cabinet really is. Project was estimated 3-6 weeks. They took 7. It was only after they brought in one professional worker who did a great job on shower walls who seemed to actually want to do us service did we feel treated right. My husband had to show workers how to actually hang a door. Don’t know where they hire from. Had paid half down to get project started. They wanted another check the next week and a half when they hadn’t even put in 25 hrs of work (and that’s being generous with time put in). Heat lamps in shower area don’t work-trips breaker every time. Don’t know how to retexture walls. They had to start from scratch again after we were not going to accept. No one showed up to work until at least 0900 every day and wrapped up by 1530 every day. Very disorganized. Guys would show up and not know what they were supposed to be doing that day. First day was told his one guy would be there every day to oversee job. Never saw him after that first day For the last third of the project they were sending people in with no experience in hanging doors or drywall just so job could be completed all while asking for more money. It was all about getting paid rather than in we were pleased with the job they were doing After “completion” never asked if we needed anything else or if we were satisfied. Never got a professional clean We had to scrape grout off tile and clean dirty fingerprints. Read the whole contract. We trusted too easily

I was very pleased with my kitchen remodel. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Other Companies gave me higher bids for less work. I got more than I asked for. The owner provided me with lots of ideas that made my kitchen magnificent. They were fast and the quality of their work was was extremely high. I was only out of my kitchen for two weeks. Other Companies quoted me 4 to 6 weeks. I am planning on hiring this company again very soon.

Eternal Stone was recommended by a friend when I complemented her on her beautifully remodeled kitchen. I wanted to remove the 25-year-old tile countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. Also, I wanted to be able to pick out the granite and be involved with the templating to get what I thought were the nicest parts of the granite slabs appropriately positioned. Eternal Stone's Justo was happy to accommodate me. Justo also arranged for a general contractor since the project needed plumbing and electrical work. I selected the new undermount sinks (main kitchen sink and small wet bar sink) and Justo got them ordered. Also, I picked out the granite slabs at Arizona Tile. This project took 3 slabs. When all the pieces were in place, Eternal Stone started the in-home work. It took one week. On Monday, they came in and demolished the tile tops and backsplashes. These workers arrived at the expected time (8:30) and were done with the demolition and the template making by 2:00. I met Justo at Eternal Stone for positioning the templates on the slabs later that afternoon. Tuesday and Wednesday no one came to the house as those were the days for cutting and forming the stone. Thursday was granite installation day. I expected them at 8:30, but the workers didn't arrive until 10:00. However, they stayed until 7:00 finishing up the countertops, granite backsplash, sink and cooktop installation. Friday the very meticulous backsplash accent installer did his thing, along with the GC's plumber getting the sinks hooked up. There was a small amount of finish work that went over into Saturday (about 2 hours worth) with moving the electrical sockets and disposal switch out (granite backsplash, as the rest of the granite, is 3 cm thick), putting back some cabinet woodwork over the dishwasher and trash compactor, and returning a repaired pull-out drawer that had been damaged during demolition. I am VERY happy with the results. Hardly recognized my kitchen...and in a good way—it looks like something out of a home design magazine. I will use Eternal Stone and the GC, Build-All Construction, again! Oh, and contrary to the Angie's listing on Eternal Stone, they ARE bonded and insured, as well as licensed.

The service was prompt, being done the next day. They were very helpful and responsive to what we wanted. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: We picked a piece of marble to replace a broken marble top on an antique chest. Eternal Stone cut and put an edging on the marble. We then asked them to cut the broken marble top into three smaller rectangles and polish the cut edges so that we could use them as cheese plates.
