They were friendly and they did a good job. They were not incredibly professional. They borrowed my bucket and broom. They left a little bit of a mess when they were done. If they hadn't been on those tough personal circumstances, I probably wouldn't have used them because I remembered from the first time we used them that they were a little bit unprofessional and I felt like they charged us just as much as a more professional company would have charged and the quality of their work was slightly less than perfect. The quality is acceptable, it's just not quite as perfect and finished as I would have liked it to be and they were a little unprofessional.
