Description of Work: We had our carpets cleaned for the second time by this company and we are delighted with the results! The carpet feels springier and looks brand new. Also had a cloth covered recliner cleaned and are most pleased with these results as well. The company uses a process similar to Chem-dry so it doesn't take long for everything to dry. Excellent experience!

 + -1 moreArrived within time frame. Very friendly and professional. Asked to see all of the areas to be cleaned. As I needed to get back into our Great Room quickly (due to disability) they did the area where I sit first thing and got me back in there within 15 minutes. They went in each area pretreated buffed, raked and then redid each area several times. Talked with me about how to care for carpets when they get stained.
Description of Work: Pretreated for stains and to prevent carpets from getting dirty fast, buffed, raked; all three several times.

 + -1 moreThey did very good work. They aimed to please. The price was right. You can get them to come out when you want them to. They are very honest people. They charged me $100 for the job the last time they came out. I have used them before and I will use them again in the future.
