ERIC THOMAS PLUMBING

I have used Eric Thomas several times in the past year and I have found him to be professional, competent, personable and completely honest.  I will use him for ALL of my plumbing needs forever.

Eric was on his cell phone keeping me apprised of when he was going to arrive (mine was second project on that day).  After initial inspection but before beginning work he described the range of possible contingencies.  When he found the leak he called in a helper to ensure the job was finished the same day.  The broken pipe was located in an awkward position (underneath some asphalt); the repair was completed faster and less expensively than I expected (I thought maybe it would be necessary to dig through some asphalt driveway).

Eric Thomas serviced our kitchen satisfactorily once. My husband called again recently to have him fix two vacuum assist toilets. He left a message for him but Eric Thomas never returned it. A week later, I called and got him. Before making the appointment, I made sure he was familiar with and could fix vacuum assist toilets. He said 'no problem'. Upon arrival (2 hours and 45 minutes late) he could not fix either toilet. Said he would look into it and come back. Since he was there, I asked him to install a washer on a garden spicket and and a sink. He did so and charged me $85. When I told him I thought that was a lot considering he didn't fix primary problem, he became angry and rude and stalked off. So I got a couple of washers replaced for free but I wasted an afternoon waiting for a guy who couldn't fix the problem and was then rude to me.

The work turned out well. He is a very polite and a detail oriented person. He was very straight forward and honest about everything.
