I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we were with the responsiveness and work quality of this company.   We had two prior bids, both from recommended firms.   Unfortunately, neither firm wanted to contract directly with a homeowner.  They insisted on going through a general contractor.   We needed someone who would work with us.   ERMS was recommended and from the moment we contacted Richard Serna, the president, to the final walk-through we were impressed.  We called them, explained the situation, and they were at our property the next day.  From that first phone call to completion of an agreement was a matter of days.  They were literally on site and working the next week.  Work was completed on time and per our agreement.   We were out of the country during all the work but upon our return Mr. Serna met us at the site and we were very pleased with the outcome.  This is a company you can trust.
