They were always prompt, they came when they said they would.  He is not licensed and bonded like I thought he was - I kind of felt misled by that.  They did do the work well, we did have to have them come back and redo a couple of things but overall they did a good job.

Nathan was on time or early each time he arrived. He finished the job much sooner than we had expected. He matched the "swirl" in our ceiling mud to match what he was patching. He came in under his estimate and cleans his mess - you'd never know he was there! He requires no direction, he is one of the most detailed "handymen" I have ever met. A true inspiration.
