Workers arrived 15 minutes early and were done on time. The door (2" insulated steel back) was better quality than some others offered and for significantly less money. Fernando arranged to have the door painted prior to install for $250. He was missing a few of the correct hinges, he refused payment until we could arrange for him to come back and replace them (he put some temporary ones in place so the door would operate). The tracks and seals were all replaced and the new door has little to no draft around the edges and between the panels.

As we were about to leave for a vacation Labor Day weekend our garage door malfunctioned. I called Enchantment and he dropped everything to come fix it. The door was damaged beyond repair so he secured it so we could leave.
When we got back we had him come out and replace the door.

We are repeat vustoners of this company. The provider showed up in a timely manner. He recommended due to the size and weight of our door that we replace the wheels. He charged $5.50 per pair of wheels. He oiled and lubed the entire door's cables and the door opener device. He is reasonably priced and performs quality work. I will usr him all of the time. He is great!

Fernando responded very promptly to my intial call that my garage door was opening on its own. He serviced the entire door and opener and installed a wall switch that I had thinking there might be a short in the wiring since the light was flickering and the wiring was not stapled properly. When the door continued to open on its own, he located a circuit board and returned to replace that. There was no labor charge for the second visit since the first one did not solve the problem. He charged only for parts and suggested a new, name-brand remote which I purchased from him as well. I was impressed with his problem-solving with the door, his attention to detail, and the fact that he was willing to replace the circuit board. He was courteous, professional, and very attentive to keeping the costs down for me. He had no problem installing a wall switch that I had rather than try to sell me a different one. Fernando really knows garage doors, and stands by his work, charging only for parts since the problem required a return trip. And the mystery of the door opening is solved!

I called Fernando in the am when my garage door opener stopped working. He was in the area and was at my house within the hour. He inspected the opener and attempted to find a good solution to fixing it, before replacing it. He ended up replacing the garage door opener,springs and rollers along with giving it a tune up. He was very professional and courteous. Several issues came up when he was installing the opener, but he stuck with his original estimate. I would definetly use him again and will recommend him to my friends and family.

The owner is Paul. He was recommended by a friend. He was great. He first tried to repair my garage door, but then replaced the garage door opener. The price was fair. He explained everything to me about why the old one was dead and why it was a bad garage door opener. He recommended me one because I don't know that was a good price. He went and got it. He then came back and installed it. I didn't even have to go and get it. He just drove away and got it, he came back to my house. He said if I have any problem with the garage door, I can call him and he would fix it for me at no charge because he installed it and he brought it, so he should know how long it would last. He was really professional. He was right on time. I have recommended him other people as well.

At 9AM on Sunday morning we realized the spring on our garage door had snapped. Our cars were in the garage and we were unable to open the door manually, so this was a problem that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. We contacted two companies listed here. The first call went to voice mail, but Fernando answered. He was on his way to church and asked if he could call back. He called back within 2 hours and was at our house 15 minutes later. He was very courteous and professional and had the door working again in a half hour. We went from our initial call to a working garage door in 3 1/2 hours on a Sunday. Very impressive! Fernando was heading home by the time the other company got around to calling back.

We called Fernando at 5:00 PM on a Friday and he came right over. The garage door was fixed within an hour at a very reasonable price. Fernando was very friendly and knowledgable; we would definately recommend him.

Fernando showed up on time, got right to work, and did exactly what he said he would do. He put in the new garage door spring, checked the rest of the garage door apparatus greased and oiled the appropriate parts and installed a new keyless entry system. He did not make too much noise as I am the caregiver for my 89 year old mother-in-law who has Alzheimer's and she was taking her morning nap. So he tried to keep the noise down, which I appreciated even though I know the job is a noisy one.

I have been using Fernando for the past three years providing preventive maintenance at my prior residence. We just bought this place two months ago, and I had just told my husband last week that I needed to call Fernando to come and look at the garage door...I should have done it last week. Nonetheless, whatever the garage door mess, Fernando is the man to come to your rescue.

I spent about $300 on that work. Everything was good. They were very enthusiastic and prompt when I called. They were on time and everything went as expected.

He was reasonably priced. I thought they were knowledgeable, prompt and the work was good.

Our door failed suddenly due to bad cable and we were leaving town soon--so we needed the door fixed in a hurry. Ferando came right over and solved the problem at a reasonalbe price, allowing us to not have to change our plans.

Work was done when promised; done well. I got several estimates and theirs was the lowest for that door, installed. Fair price, very good, prompt work. I did have to call a few times initially to get him out on the estimate.

THE OVERALL SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY CAME OUT AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS THE MOST COURTEOUS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME A SERVICE FEE TO COME OUT AND SURVEY THE PROBLEM. I WAS TRULY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

I THOUGHT THAT IT DIDN'T TAKE MUCH TIME AT ALL FOR HIM TO GET THE OLD DOOR OFF AND INSTALL THE NEW ONE. HE DID A REALLY GREAT JOB AND MY GARAGE LOOKS REALLY NICE NOW.

ENCHANTMENT NOT ONLY REPLACED THE SPRING, BUT TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW TO LUBRICATE IT. THIS WAY IT SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND MADE IT A VERY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE.
