I thought the work was extremely well done. They were able to roof my house within a week of calling to schedule and a great job. Everyone was professional, responsive to my needs, and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions.

The ceiling in the guest room is still leaking but I am not going to have Enchanted come out again because they couldn't fix it after two attempts and I got yelled at when I called to inquire about a separate repair. I have never been treated so poorly by a company, much less the president of the company!

Dave's roofing crew did an excellent job. I was able to get an estimate the same day that I called Enchanted Roofing. Dave, the owner, was at the house within a half hour of my call. His estimate was a little higher than the insurance claim amount but he was willing to work with that amount! He was able to have a roofing crew to the house the very next day! I am very pleased with the work that was done & that he was able to provide a crew so quickly. An excellent job was done.

Mr.Baca's crew was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He visited the site daily and responded to questions and/or concerns immediately. Because I wasn't about to get on the roof, he texted pictures the project progressed.
Mr. Baca is a professional on all levels. He treated us with respect and was always available when we wished to talk with him.
We are quite discerning when it comes to maintaining our home. It is nice to know that Mr. Baca is available locally as the sole proprietor of his roofing business.
