I contracted the installation of a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet through Lowes and they set me up with Elite Plumbing. Everyone was extremely professional. Sylvia call to confirm my appointment as soon as she got the paperwork from Lowes.  She called again the day before the scheduled appointment.
Henry arrived on time and called about 10 minutes before he got here.
He removed the old disposal and faucet and installed the new ones. He replaced some of the existing PVC pipes so that everything fit as it should. He was meticulous about checking for leaks from the sink, disposal and dishwasher.
He took away the old disposal and faucet and did a great job of cleaning up when he was done.  The whole job took less than 2 hours. I am very pleased with the work he did.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

The provider was professional and efficient . The service provider came in and diagnosed the problem right away. He made a quick trip out to his truck to get the appropriate equipment and got right to work. He explained what he was doing along the way. When he was done, he cleaned up the small mess that was made and presented an itemized invoice. The final price charged was at the lowest end of three quotes that we had received from other plumbers and so I feel that the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

People need to be kind of aware of that. But I was able to talk to them and negotiate it and they did do some work. They gave me a discount on that work, because I told them that I didn't realize I was paying them to just look at it. That won't do me any good to pay $50. Most company's would actually do a diagnosis and won't charge anything until they conducted some work. The work they did was good, I had no problem.

Owner Henry and his helper Larry installed a new water heater in my mobile home when mine sprung a major leak the evening before.  Henry brought several items in my very old system up to code, and answered my many questions.  They were very thorough and very friendly during the whole process.  Elite Plumbing was recommended to me by people across the street who have used them twice before and I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Elite Plumbing did a fantastic and professional job from every aspect.  The entire process from the beginning to the end was perfect.  I'm glad I chose them, as it was something I dreaded and it turned out great. Sylvia was very personable and friendly.  She fit me into the schedule that day, and I felt like I was in good hands; I appreciated her helpfulness.  Dominic and Mike were prompt on arriving and went straight to work.  They were fast, efficient, clean and always professional.  Even after finding the clog and removing the debri, Dominic kept working to make sure it was fixed. Thank you.  He also checked
another drain that I thought I needed work on, but after I tried his remedy it worked, and he saved me a service call. There were no surprises with the bill and Sylvia called the next day to check on us. I will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs.  Thanks so much Elite Plumbing,

Service man was punctual, and service was rendered.  All appeared to go well, however the price seemed high at $85.

They were very, very good. I believe the price they charged was reasonable. The owner came out along with other gentlemen and they were all pleasant.

Normally a very simple job which I would do myself and in fact started myself but the threads and nut were stripped and I could not get them off.  The plumber came promptly and had to use a special saw to cut the nut to get the valve out.  It was expensive but he was at my place within 15 minutes of the call,  He also gave me some free advise on how to repair part of my outdoor sprinkler system which had  a huge hole in plumbing.  Told me how to do it rather than charge me 

This was excellent.

The pilot light went out on my water heater and wouldn't relight. Called Elite Plumbing that night and left a message. Got a call back early the next morning and was told they could be out between 10-12 that day. He arrived at 10, decided the problem most likely was a dirty filter (which he cleaned) but also could be a $50 part that might need to be replaced. Rather than replacing the part (to save me the $50) he told me to give him a call if the pilot went out again and he would then replace the part at that time. He also replaced a broken thermostat to my swamp cooler, all for the $89 per hour initial fee.
