+ -1 moreWhen we first called them, the man came out the same day to look at the problem. He couldn't fix the problem permanently that day, but he was able to rig it so that we could have air conditioning for the night. He came back the very next day, just like he said he would, and completed the work.
Description of Work: We used Electrical West to fix a problem we were having with our air conditioner. There was a wire that had shorted because of lightening, so they had to run new wire from the unit outside to the furnace inside.
