From design to finish, we were thrilled with the work completed by East Bay Residential. The work included three decks and a retaining wall. Graham and crew transformed our backyard from ordinary to WOW! They are hardworking, dependable, highly skilled, and detail oriented. A flexible and creative problem-solver, Graham was a delight to work with. His clear record keeping and time logs got our project completed on time and budget. No surprises. Graham / East Bay Residential was great to work with. He put together a great plan, priced everything out, and was very clear in communicating all parts of the project. He made some great suggestions before the project and during the build that resulted in something better than we could have imagined. The quality is excellent and we are extremely happy. Can't wait to work with him on other new projects!

I highly recommend Graham. He replaced my deck. I was impressed with the quality of his work; he is a true craftsman and pays attention to detail. His work ethic is excellent, and his pricing is very fair. He was on time, tidy, and made some excellent suggestions to improve the deck. I have already asked him back for another project.
