We made an appointment, and the gentleman showed up in a company van on time, maybe even a bit early. He was able to quickly identify the problem outlets, made sure the problem was not at the electrical panel, and made the repairs. One of the outlets was lacking a box (!) and he had to create a larger opening in the hardwood floor to accommodate a proper box, but he was able to quickly do that and install a box and wire up a proper safe outlet. He had all the tools and equipment he needed with him. The job took about an hour, and cost just under $89, with tax.
He was prompt, professional, pleasant, efficient, friendly and courteous. I would use this company again.
(Note: there are outlets in the floor because the house is an old adobe.)
