I was totally satisfied by his work and by his work ethic.Punctual, fair price, friendly, and, most importantly, he knew what he was talking about. He described, in detail what had to be done, why it needed to be done, and how he was going to do it. And he did.

This is the second major home remodel project we've had Cris and Lee Dutcher perform for us. The first was a remodel of our kitchen just about a year ago. All the professional qualities we noticed and reported to Angie's List the first time, were again present and evident this time around. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism in all regards: honesty, fairness, patience, skillfulness, technical knowledge, efficiency, creativeness, cleanliness, punctuality, sociability, etc. These guys are simply great. No doubt, we're sticking with Dutcher Construction for all our future home projects.

I've use them previously to replace to replace a windshield several years ago. They are a handyman service that I use. His name is Christ Dutcher. He is always on time and under budget. He is the easiest person guy to work with in the world. He is fantastic.

Their estimate was perfect, and they stuck to it. Cris made valuable suggestions but was not overbearing or dictatorial in doing so -- simply well informed and thoughtful. They showed up when they said they would, performed work in a friendly, professional manner, and each day left my home in immaculate shape -- something I've been unable to duplicate since then. At all times, they were courteous and respectful, and they even worked around my rather intrusive dogs. I recommend them without reservation.

Cris and Lee Dutcher, who comprise the Dutcher Construction Company, were consummate professionals in all sense of the word, from the time I met them in July until projects were completed on 26 September. I cannot say enough positive things about the sound manner in which they rendered their widely-diversified, technical services. They consistently and reliably delivered as promised at a very fair price .....and then some! Most noteworthy was their meticulous attention to every detail, no matter how small. They completed every job in a timely, efficient manner always going beyond what I expected. With the Dutchers at the helm, I never witnessed any and quot;crisis managementand quot;, confusion, delays, indecision, ineffective communication, or however many other things that can go wrong with projects such as mine. These guys are pleasant and personable on every occasion, always with the customer's complete satisfaction maintained as their highest priority. I highly recommend them, for the reasons aforementioned, which is also the reason that I will be calling them back in the near future for a full remodel of our master bathroom. Great. Accurate estimate. Started the day they said they would and were on time every morning. No surprises. Very good work and immediately addressed any punch list items we noticed. Had them back a month later to do a second bath. Very reasonable cost. Would use again.

He was incredibly punctual. He never charges more then the original bid. He is very honest. He was great about getting all the work done on time. He was great about recommending other workers. I have used him several times.
