The roof was supposedly repaired, but leaked right away the very next night we had a rainstorm.  We called Octavio to have him come back out and look at the roof and scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am on a Friday.  He told us he would be there at that time and flood the roof to do a leak test and fix the roof.  Octavio never showed up for the appointment.  When we called him he told us that he would be there later that afternoon.  We told him that we couldn't do that because we were leaving town right after his repair work, which is why we scheduled first thing in the morning.  He then told us he'd be there at 9:30.  At 9:30, we called him and he said he'd be there at 10:00.  At 10:45 some of his "friends" in an unmarked truck showed up and said they'd have to do the work some other time.  The friends indicated he'd forgotten about the appointment and repair work. So in essence, not only did he not fix the leak the first time,  he not show up for the call out he scheduled, he wasn't truthful with us about simply forgetting and asking to re-schedule, and we were hours late getting on the road for our out of town trip.

I asked three roofing companies to provide estimates for re-roofing our home. Octavio, the owner of Dura Built, came out promptly and did the estimate himself. (His price was the one in the middle). We were impressed with the fact that, when we pointed out to him a place where the roof had been leaking badly into our home, he voluntarily provided a temporary repair at the time of the estimate and even before we had contracted with him to replace the roof. (No other company providing estimates showed that kind of compassion and concern). Octavio and his crew always arrived in a timely manner, even apologizing when traffic made them a few minutes late. A couple of tricky existing roof problems were corrected to my satisfaction and the crew completed the project on schedule. This is a young and eager to please roofing company owned by a third generation roofer who worked along side his crew throughout the project. We have already recommended him to a friend and also plan to use him again in the future on another project. Very impressed!

He and his crew were very nice and polite. He handled business in a very timely manor and was very informative with all the options we were able to choose from. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you for all the good work and time you spent on our roof.

Octavio, the owner, was very responsive when I called to request an estimate to replace an old tar and gravel roof on our adobe house with a TPO roof.  Several other contractors took many days to weeks to call me back to arrange an estimate.  Dura Built's price was very competitive.  The crew was prompt, reliable, and kept the job site clean.  Octavio goes the extra mile to make his customers happy.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering a TPO roofing system.

While other companies were trying to fit me into their busy schedule for just doing the estimate, Durabuilt estimated and completed the job. I was not familiar with the tpo roofing system, but I was very impressed with the finished job and the price. I also liked the follow up that was provided to make sure that I was happy with the entire job. would highly recommend.

Everything went really good. They finished in a day like they said they would and they even painted the ducts which wasnt even in the contract. I'm very satisfied.

I had friends come over the day the company was going to start.  They were concerned about how much of a mess there was going to be.

They took off the old roof, they had a trailer right there for the debris.  I had absolutely NO mess when they were done.

They showed up when they said they were going to be there.

The whole experience went better than I expected.

He followed up with me.  We had some rain and he came out just to check that everything was still okay.
