Dumpster Express provided stellar service. First, booking was extremely easy. The owner, Tom Richardson, is reachable by phone even if he is driving. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine what size dumpster I needed for my construction project. He also offered the lowest price, and even offered to work with me on pricing if another company came with a lower bid. Second, the dumpster arrived right on time -- no mean feat since he had to drive about 75 miles -- and the driver placed it exactly where I needed it. Third, Dumpster Express accommodated my schedule on the pickup. Once the roof was demolished, we discovered that we might not have enough space for the roofing equipment. Tom had his driver come in early so that he could arrive by 8:30 a.m. and remove the dumpster before the roofers came in. Finally, Tom is extremely efficient. He emailed the weight statement from the landfill and the invoice that same day. Both Tom and his driver were a pleasure to work with; they were friendly and extremely accommodating. If Angie's List offered an A+ rating, I wouldn't hesitate to give it to Dumpster Express!

The provider did exactally what they were supposed to. They brought the dumpster the day after I called for it, and came to get it when we were done with it one day after I called to let them know we were ready to have them take it. I did quite a bit of research about price, and they were about $20 less than many of their competetors. Sometimes this means the service isn't as good, but we were very happy with them.

Couldn't have gone better. One thing I really like about these guys is they take the trouble to park the dumpster nicely!

They brought dumpster and parked it nicely and took it away when we wanted it gone. They were very efficient. They were very courteous.

The service was perfect. I didn't compare their price with anyone else so I didn't grade them in that category.
The person on the phone was polite and very friendly. The driver delivering the dumpster was equally friendly and on time.

The state firm had only given me a certain amount of money and these guys accepted that amount of money. They were very reasonable. I have the dumpster here the day that I call them. When we finish they literally picked it up. They are quick. It is really nice . I don't have a lot of contact with them because it is just a dumpster.

after research on internet for dumpster services , I called dumpster express and had them deliver a 30 yd dumpster. They were right on time and called first with an eta. the driver was very courtious at the delivery and located the dumpster right where i requested. When I called a week later to have it picked up , they came the next morning and after the driver reloaded the dumpster on the truck, he appologized about a small bit of dammage to the stones where I had it put, but I told him that was why I had it put on the stones because it was easier to rake some stones than to have to repave a driveway if I had it put there. It would of really tore up the blacktop on the driveway.
