They trashed our brand new refrigerator/freezer. It wouldn't fit through the front door so they just pushed harder. There is now a big gash in the back of the frig and several scratches on the front.

Richard, the owner, brought extra help because of a job he had AFTER ours, and then charged us $400 more than our $600 estimate because of that extra help! We used them because of the estimate - and to top it off, not only were items damaged (a bookshelf, walls) and no accommodation made, the next night we were robbed. We feel SURE it was because of the laborers he had hired "casing" our house. So we are out another $800 in stolen tools, etc, and SURPRISE Richard won't return our phone calls.

We were supposed to get a senior discount. We did not. This company gave us an estimate, then at the end of the day, when your items are already packed up, they tell you there will have to make another trip, or get another truck which results in additional charges. This company does have not have their own fleet, they rent the trucks. They also broke a new chair of mine by hitting it against the wall and then the chair was taken. They broke dishes and also dented my LCD tv. They broke all the buttons off my dryer.
