DUKE CITY CARPET CLEANING

I have had these same two living areas cleaned by a national name brand company once before. High pressure sales tactics upon arrival, super fast, left the carpet very wet. The carpet was only about a year old, and the results were ok. Fast forward 3.5 years, these living areas really needed cleaning again....we have two boys. Jeff came highly recommended. Jeff's communication style was casual but not unprofessional. He did a thorough job (about an hour and a half). The areas in front of the couches (shaggier carpet) are no longer dingy which was not the case with the other company, and by the time he left the carpets were at least 75% dry. His price was a touch higher than the special run by the other company, but well worth it (especially considering I never hired that first company again). I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Jeff and his work.  He was a delight to work with.  Our carpets have never looked so good.  These are not new carpets and had some stains.  Jeff worked for several hours on this project.  We only wish that we had known about Jeff earlier.

Jeff did an outstanding job on getting my carpet clean. He moved several items to allow for maximum cleaning area and when done, raked the carpet to get the pile nice and smooth. He also put protector pads under heavier items and plastic pieces under smaller items so that as the carpet dried it wouldn't leave dents. I have used him several times in the past and can highly recommend him as an excellent provider.

We have used them for about 10 years. It is one owner and he is outstanding. He is very prompt to get here, fast and cleans up everything, even including things he did not contract for. He moves furniture out of the way and puts it back himself. He can do miracles. His pricing is extremely good and he is very responsive to my needs. He is always on time and provides the highest quality carpet cleaning I have ever had. He is very professional.

I used them because they were the quickest to respond. They did a fabulous job. The price was fair.

Arrived as scheduled. Spent two hours performing the best carpet cleaning job we have ever experienced! And left no lingering yellow spots. Amazing job compared to eight years of less than satisfactorying cleanings. Will use this company as long as they are in business!!!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE SPOTS ON THE FLOOR. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICE. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL JOB DONE. THEIR WERE NO HASSLES AT ALL WITH THE COMPANY.

THEY WERE VERY SUFFICIENT AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE FOR ALL THE CARPETS THEY HAD SHAMPOOED. THE CARPETS LOOK SO MUCH BRIGHTER WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
