We are here to serve the needs of the motoring public 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. Our company strives to set the benchmark in the industry and surpass the standard levels. All of our towing and road service technicians are trained and certified by the industries nationally recognized business Motor Club Training. Motor Club Training (MCT) offers road service training and certification with a purpose to improve the quality of customer care and increase the skill level for technicians. Duggers headquarters is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been in operation for over 30 years. Duggers specializes in Light-Duty vehicle transport, but extends high levels of expertise in all of our services. Our company has a fleet of flatbreads, enclosed transporters, and road service vehicles to suit the different needs of the motoring public and to have a greater ability to honor customer requests. Our efforts of passion, perseverance, and dedication continues to aid the company's expansion process. We have become the largest towing and road-service company in the southwestern region of the United States. Our additional companies and locations include: Metro Road Service in Rio Rancho, NM: Express Road Service in Tuscon, AZ: and Emergency Road Service in Phoenix, AZ. Dugger’s- Express is the preferred provider for all of the following motor clubs:Agero/Cross Country including secondary,Allstate, Auto Knight, Coachnet, Geico (Secondary & Accident)Nation Safe Drivers,Netcost Services,Road America,Quest Towing and USAC. i was very impressed with Duggars. They answered right away, sent a wonderful driver right away, and within minutes we were riding across town to my mechanic' s garage. Very professional and careful service. i didn't have one minute of worry. I felt safe, and well taken care of.

MoWell, I had to wait over an hour for the tow truck to arrive. Initially I was told it would be a half hour. I called after 45 minutes asking where the truck was and was told he was on his way, it was still another 30 minutes before he arrived. It was a hot Saturday afternoon. Also the tow truck driver had greasy hands and he left hand prints on the inside door handle on the drivers side. Im not a prima donna but do believe he should have either been wearing gloves or cleaned off the handle.

It went very well considering.. when I called I mentioned the "jump" necessity and that if it didn't work I would need to go to a local Honda dealer. They gave me a "contingent" quote ; jump was accurate. They also mentioned that they had an account with the dealer.. Very businesslike. The driver was personally very empathetic and professional It was not as professional as it could be with the credit card handling.." lo tech phone exchange", more secure technology is available and if they use it should I call again they're in the " Angies Hall of Fame" in my book!

When my vehicle broke down, I called the roadside service number for my auto insurance company. They called Dugger's and gave them my location. Within 45 minutes Dugger's called me to tell me they were in the area and needed directions to find my car. The driver filled out some paperwork when he arrived, and then loaded my vehicle for transport. He did a very professional job. No damage whatsoever to my vehicle, and he did an excellent job of securing my vehicle to his tow truck. My wife had met me with her vehicle, and we followed the tow truck to the repair shop. He drove very safely, and did not break any traffic laws. We did get separated at a light, so he arrived at the shop ahead of me. He placed the car exactly where it needed to be, had me sign his invoice, and then departed. I would definitely use Dugger's service again in the future if I needed it.

When my wife had a flat time on her way to work, I needed someone I trusted to help her out fast. I checked Angie's List and found the highest rated emergency road service provider in our area, and they did not disappoint. They were onsite in 10 minutes and had her at work in 30. They were courteous and professional. Hopefully, we won't need their assistance again, but if we do, we won't hesitate.
