After having 4 different contractors out to take a look at all of the work we wanted to have done, we selected Nate at Dreamline Homes for several reasons: he's the "little guy" who you want to support over the big company, he has a design background which he uses to show the "after" digitally, his pricing was very reasonable, and he does most of the work himself. Nate did a considerable amount of work on our 1970s house which had been neglected for some time, so he uncovered many weird things along the way. He addressed these issues without jacking up our price. He also safely dealt with old aluminum wiring from the 70s which is truly rare when considering how many electricians we hired until we could find one who knew how to properly deal with aluminum to copper connections (for smaller jobs). True to his word, Nate did most of his own work. We were impressed with how hard of a worker he was, staying into the evenings and working on Saturdays to get the job done. He addressed the concerns that we had throughout the process. He did end up going over his time estimate a bit on the work that was originally agreed on, but it wasn't extensive. He communicated his schedules and timelines to us frequently as the renovations continued. The completed project is beautiful and functional.

Nate and Jonah did a wonderful job that include taking everything but the cabinet out of my bath, painting the cabinet, moving the light fixture electrical box, installing new counter top, vessel sink, toilet, mirror, lighting fixture and towel bars. The room looks so fresh and completely different. I picked and purchases everything except the counter top, which I selected once Nate referred me to Rocky Mountain Stone. I will definitely call Nate when I am ready to remodel my master bath.

They are outstanding on everything. The price was reasonable.

Excellent! Showed up on time drafted plans for our approval ordered supplies and proceeded with in 3 days to demolish kitchen area and wall for addition. Intalled new cabinets, new appliances,,designed a custom oven exhaust and custom island, retiled backsplash, new granite counter tops,new lighting, wood stove in addition, new windows, removed swamp coller and installed refridgerated air and new heater, and upgrade electrical panel. Highly recommend.
