2 men arrived, took apart the kitchen faucet with difficulty. It looked like they had no idea what they were doing. One man called the home office who tried to describe how to do the job. Said they had to go back to the home office, get a part and return -- which would be the next day. It would cost $60 for the part. I told them to put it back together and leave. At least they didn't charge me for the call.

THEY CAME JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER I CALLED THEM. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND WERE PROFESSIONAL THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE AT THE HOME. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
