They are very professional. They are very knowledgeable about European cars as one of our cars is a Volvo that's why we take it there. If something does not need to be done they tell us and we believe they are honest. More than once we have gone in for something and they told us we could charge you a lot to fix it but as it's an old car it will work fine without it as well and they don't charge you for that.
