"Typical Bate and Switch" Tim quoted us a price over the phone. When he got to the house, he used intimindation and slander to extort additional amounts. He stated how dirty the carpet was. That I was cheap if I expected him to do it for the quoted price, etc. Unfornately, Tim should have just relied on his performance rather than the bate and switch to get work. We would recomend his services and readly use his services in the future but because of the "Bate and Switch", we will have reservations. He was not the cheapest after the bate and switch but his work far exceeded the last company that performed carpent cleaning. The carpet looks great. Tim just do it for what you qoute us. Tell them this is introductory price. Customers will see that your work exceeds that of other carpet cleaners. In a couple of years, you will have all the business you need and it will be 90% repeat business.
