Doggie Duty

He did an excellent job. I put N/A on Responsiveness because he was out of commission for a few months. He seems to be bouncing back pretty well.

Apparently Doggie Duty purchased the former company by the name of PAWS - since November I have not gotten a straight answer from Curtis and overall they just stopped servicing my house and other customers.  The few times I was able to speak with Curtis he promised that they would come and service, then when they did not show up and I called them, Curtis gave me excuses like: I had to fire all the Poop Scoopers, I promise we will go this coming Saturday, I am just getting organized again, ewtc. etc.  The last conversation I had with Curtis he stated that he was retiring and going on a long vacation, he really sounded like he was completely out of it or pretty high as he kept on calling me "dude" and not by my name as Mrs. Paniagua as he used to address me when he started his services at our home.  I AM PRETTY DISGUSTED AND VERY UPSET AT THE WAY THIS COMPANY JUST FOLDED DOWN AND DID HAVE THE COURTESY OF INFORMING THEIR CLIENTS!!!!

Immaculate!  I've hired them to clean weekly ($8 a week).  Ecstatic with the service - returned my call promptly, did a quote on the same day, did the cleanup right after I accepted the quote.  I wish I could get this level of service everywhere!

I don't even hear them. They clean up and leave a post-it on my door. I love the automatic billing. They come once a month.

This is the best gift I ever gave myself. He is professional, thorough, prompt, courteous, pleasant, and professional. I've used him for a year and would recommend him highly.

Curtis has an amazing connection with our Great Dane and St. Bernard. They allow him in the yard where he quickly removes the waste product, leaving a very clean area and a nice note on the front door. Curtis is very responsive to customer queries and requests. It's rare to find a business that not only does a great job at a great price but also seems to care for each account they handle.

I had hoped that I would have the opportunity to tend to our dog yard before our next door neighbors party, but with a teething 8 month old it was just too much.  I called Curtis early in the morning, explained my circumstance and he was here within the hour.  He just got started.  I found Curtis to be not only professional, but kind.  I will continue to use his services and recommend him to friends and family.

I can't say enough positive things about Doggie Duty!  Curtis is extremely professional, prompt, provides a high quality service for an excellent value, and is very reliable.  I'd highly recommend Doggie Duty and they will service any area around Albuquerque from Edgewood to Rio Rancho.

Curtis gave an estimate over the phone and promptly came that week to do the work. He has been working my yard for almost a year and I couldn't be more pleased. Curtis and his lovely wife Amanda are wonderful people and a pleasure to know.

Curtis is AWESOME! He always does a great pick up job. Flexible with scheduling appointments. He also knows how to deal with very aggressive dogs. We have always been hesitant to hire someone to help us with cleaning up after our 3 large dogs because one of them is mean and tries to bite/attack strangers. Curtis knows how to do his job and manage an aggressive dog at the same time. He is great. We have had him servicing out property for a year, no complaints. And his prices are unbeatable.

Curtis comes every week without fail. Our bill is taken care of completely by their business without worry.  Our dogs love Curtis and he is great with animals.

The clean-up was very thorough.  I feel comfortable in letting my dog, who is recovering from surgery, walk anywhere in the yard without worrying about contamination in her incision.  He made sure my backyard gate was secure before he left.  I should have called Curtis years ago!  What a time and effort saver for me!  And the cost was very reasonable.  I'm going to recommend this service to all my friends and family who own dogs!

Called Doggie Duty (Curtis) @10:00am, they were at our home by 2 that afternoon. Performed a professional job and texted me when they were done. Highly recommend this company if you're like me and have little patience with cleaning up after 2 little 4 legged creatures. Call Curtis if dog poop pick-up service is what you need to have that backyard looking clean.

We have three dogs and needed help cleaning up after them. Doggie Duty comes once a week without me even knowing. They do a great job and its so nice not to have to worry about that. They also take it with them so no smelly trashcan for the week! Best money ever spent and doesn't cost a fortune. They always promptly call to reschedule when weather is too bad. My dogs love them. Thank goodness for Doggie Duty!
