We will say "thank you" and express our gratitude to our customers more than our competitors, a lot more. We will choose what we say carefully and we will do what we say we will do. We will know our customers' needs and spend time regularly communicating (monthly at a minimum). It went great. I would recommend this company to anyone. They did not pressure us or try to sell us more machine than we needed. They were able to deliver the machine when promised and taught us how to use it. They have had to come service it once or twice and they showed up the same day we called, fixed the machine and were able to resolve all our issues.
Description of Work: We needed a copier for the office. We are a small law firm and needed a copier that could also double as a printer for our network when necessary.
