Brandon did a great job leveling the concrete and installing the floor I also had him reinstall the baseboard. The finished job was clean and professional. It looks great. On other notes, he showed up when he said he would and charged the agreed-upon price (there were some small extra charges beyond the per-square foot price, but he'd told me that would be the case ahead of time.)

Absolutely wonderful work in all aspects of the job! I had hired Desert Ridge Construction for my own home (this job was in a rental) awhile back and it was such great work I hired them again. So glad I did!

Brandon and his assistant arrived both days very promptly and did an excellent job.He was very thorough about leveling the floor with a quick drying leveler. He was careful with all his cuts and laid out the floor pattern beautifully. I found him meticulous, professional, and excellent in every way. i highly recommend him!

Brandon and his crew are extremely professional and have an attention to detail that a lot of installers do not have. I got 6 or 7 estimates for this job and chose Desert Ridge because I had heard from a flooring distributor that Brandon is the best in town. He listens to the customer, is prompt in response and a perfectionist. Our floors are gorgeous and there are no flaws or issues. He was clear up front about cost and how it may change depending on the condition of the slab. Our slab was in REALLY BAD SHAPE due to poor construction on Pulte's part. once the carpet was pulled up. I was relieved and surprised that the final cost only changed minimally (only $65). They were even able to mask poor tile work (again by Pulte) because I did not want transition pieces to be used. The floors transition beautifully from the wood to the tile. I would absolutely use Desert Ridge because my floors are perfect! Thank you!!!
