Took computer in to have an HP printer driver reinstalled. He was unable to reinstall the driver because there were remnants of the driver still left that he was unable to remove and this was preventing a reinstallation. His only suggestion was to reformat my hard drive which means I would lose all my old programs and data. No Thanks. I switched to a Cannon printer which wasn't bothered by the old HP leftovers.

Good except for an initial scheduling mix up on account of which they waived the on site fee for all 3 trips to my location.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER RUNNING AGAIN BETTER THEN EVER. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY FILES RESTORED, AND I HAVE ALREADY USED THEM AGAIN. THEY REALLY DID A TERRIFIC JOB.
