concrete repair
 + -1 moreIn the 1st year, some of the coating on our front patio was worn off and he had an employee came to repair it. The employee made a mess of the repair. Two years later, we had a massive loss of adhesion, peeling and flaking. Mr. Connors refused to accept liability and blamed everything on the concrete, which he had prepared for the application. I filled a complaint with the BBB and he still refused to honor the warranty. Do not do any business with this man!
Description of Work: Acid etch, power wash and apply two coats of acrylic system with two color highlights on front driveway, sidewalks, and front and rear patios and pool deck. Five year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials such as "loss of adhesion, peeling, or flaking".
