They were good. They were professional.

Badly. Over charged. We had the hole dug up and the pipe exposed. Jose showed up at 2pm. Not prepared at all. Immediately asked us for a shovel so he could expose more of the pipe. Almost an hour into this, Jose said he needed to go to Raks to get supplies. Again, not prepared. We asked him to go to Tractor Supply or Harbor Freight for the parts as Raks is too expensive. He insisted on Raks. He was gone for over 40 minutes. Once the work was completed it took him about 30 minutes to complete entering his information onto his computer. We were charged for all of that time. He charged us $167 for the parts. We asked him to see the receipt. He refused. We called Day and Night Plumbing and the female that answered said a manager would call us the next day. The manager didn't call until the following Monday. She refused to break down the prices for the parts purchased by Jose. Said they didn't have to do that. They don't have to show us a receipt. I am uploading pictures of before and after. I would never under any circumstance recommend this company. Total rip off.bad customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Day & Night Plumbing Heating Cooling. Brought in by Ductworx (also excellent), Shane and his crew did an amazing job on our in-floor ductwork problems caused by sonotube issues. Unfortunately, it was a big job and required among other things, jack hammering of our concrete slab to access the ducts in several areas. Day & Night Plumbing Heating Cooling hung up a lot of plastic sheets to contain the dust, and there was a lot of hard work removing all the concrete chunks and dirt around the ducts, pulling out the sonotube and replacing it with galvanized steel. He and his crew were there every morning on time, working until the evening on an unforeseen problem, and Shane stuck to our contract price which was very reasonable. He also checked out our air conditioning unit to make sure it was working properly. We subsequently had to call him on another issue, and one of his crew showed up promptly the next morning to check it out. This is the best most reliable plumbing business that we have ever hired, Shane is honest, doesn’t cut corners and is very particular that his work is done absolutely right. We will definitely call Day & Night Plumbing Heating Cooling for any kind of plumbing or HVAC issue. We highly recommend them!

They did a really good job. I had called expecting it would be several days or a week. They were here the next day. It was efficient.

After 3 hours of trying to fix my air conditioner, a second plumber was called to help the first plumber. The first plumber held the flashlight while the second plumber rewired my system, which took 2.5 hours. I felt it was unreasonable to pay for the second plumber?s time because the first plumber did not know what he was doing. I asked the owner that my bill be reduced for the second plumber?s time, which he would not do. After 5.5 hours and two plumbers, it was finally determined that the problem was a $9.85 relay switch.

Shane came in and repaired the leak we had and did an estimate for the "bad Pex" we had to be replaced.  This was out second incident with the "bad Pex" and we determined that we just did not want to continue to be "surprised" by leaking hot water pipes.  Shane and his crew came in and replaced all the plumbing throughout the house.

They were able to come on the days I wanted them and they came on time.  Shane and Travis are friendly and professional.  I was very comfortable having them in my home.  They cleaned up well after themselves and did a great job.  They were patient with some measurement errors I had made and flexible with the changes we had to make to fix the issue.  I will certainly call on them next time I have a plumbing job.
