Bill came out, gave us two quotes, one for the whole house and one for the spot treatment for termites and thoroughly described both. We appreciated the one year warranty on the spot treatment and that a whole house inspection was included so we decided to go with that. While performing the work, we had a few issues come up. Bill was fantastic, and worked around our schedule to fix the problem.  I was extremely impressed with how he handled the whole issue from start to finish, very timely, and efficient. I would hire him again without reservation both for his work ethic and his knowledge about pests and the treatment he provides. 

Davis Pest Control is very punctual and very competitive in their pricing. We used Davis at my work place for years and they are very punctual and do a very good service. I would highly recommend Davis for all you pest control needs. When we first started with Davis I check with several pest control companies and Davis was the best price for what we needed and has been ever since. Their staff is wonderful and pleasant to work with.

We have a yearly contract with them. Their technician, Eddie, is terrific. He is very efficient, very friendly and always prompt. When we do have to call with a question or whatever, the people in the service department are very knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly. We have only had to call them twice. One was to make sure that we had a yearly contract instead of just the six months and then another time because we wanted to find out what time Eddie was going to come. But they are just always very efficient and very good.

I have used them for about 10 years and they have always done really well.

I have used this provider before for perimeter (indoor/outdoor) spray for ants.  In this case, the problem was roaches and black widows on the back porch.

All of my questions were answered up front - difference between power spray and perimeter spray; chemicals and usage around pets and small children; discussion of how best to kill black widows; product lifespan; pricing.  I chose power spray and was scheduled immediately with direction to show the technician the usual locations and webs for the black widows (to make it easier to concentrate application for better results).  On the day of the appointment, the technician called ahead to say that he may be late, but in actuality he was right on time.  Power spray of entire outdoor property - patio, flower garden, grass, perimeter of house, rocks, all the way to and partially up the cinder block walls - took less than 15 minutes.  Technician let me know when he was done and that he had found a few other areas with black widows (and where they were located).  

Very pleased with the service.  Especially pleased by the number of carcuses the next morning and continued steadily for the first week.  A few carcuses popped up in the second week, but it seems that the problem is now under control - no more live sightings.

We have used them a couple of times in the past. We first called them to get rid of some mouse infestation. They set some traps for it. They told us what it would cost, and it was fair. They did a good job.

I used Davis in 2009 and was pleased with their service. They were very friendly and professional. I had an ant problem in February, 2010 and called them to come spray. They came on February 26. The ants never went away so I called back and they came on March 11, 2010 and sprayed again and charged me $15.99. The ant problem never went away so I bought an over-the-counter granules for outside and the ants went away. I just they had a weak batch of spray but with the cost of the service, I'm not sure I would take another chance with them.

Their technician came in and sprayed. Both he and the person who runs the office were very friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave helpful tips so that we would not need to have them come back. I have been very pleased with their services.

I picked Davis randomly, and really appreciated the honesty and candor displayed by Lisa, the person who answered the phone. She encouraged me to shop around, answered my many questions about what kinds of chemicals were used, method of application, shelf life of the chemicals in the yard, etc, and helped us get an appointment sooner than later due to the severity of our problem. Keith was the technician who came to the house. He was originally scheduled to spray on a Friday, but called promptly at his scheduled time to inform us that winds were too high to safely apply the chemical, and we rescheduled for early the next week, for which he arrived about 15 minutes late, but he called to let us know he would be late. We have a large yard, but Keith did not attempt to nickel-and-dime us based on how much chemical he used to cover the area. The first 25 gallons cost a set price, we were told, and then $1 per gallon above that. He only charged us for 25 gallons, although I suspect he used more. I had my dogs professionally treated at the same time, and I have not seen any ticks since.

We were very frustrated with this company. Repeated visits had no positive effect on our any problem in fact, it got worse.

I USE THIS COMPANY EVERY MONTH AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. I FEEL THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND PROVIDE SERVICES ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE.

WE REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE ONE OF THE MORE AFFORDABLE COMPANIES IN OUR AREA. THEY DO GREAT WORK. THE GENTLEMEN THAT COMES OUT TO OUR HOME TO DO THE TREATMENTS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSIDERATE.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITH NO MESS OR FUSS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE OF MY DOG. THEY USE QUALITY PRODUCTS.
