 + -1 moreDavid is very laid-back, but very thorough, skilled and professional. He got to know me, quickly "got" what we needed and provided solid guidance through a fast and furious process of getting the right house quickly in a very strong market. Together, we decided which house was best for us given the choices. He made sure I considered all options. He negotiated skillfully with the owner directly (it was a For Sale By Owner). He advised me through the inspection process and made sure things moved forward in our absence, prior to closing. Also importantly: we laughed! A year later, we stay in touch and he keeps us posted on sales prices in our neighborhood.
Description of Work: Once our move to Albuquerque was finalized, my new co-workers referred me to David to help us find a house. He educated us about the market, its various areas and provided details about properties we were interested in (we had done a lot of research ourselves on-line). He met me at the airport for a house-hunting trip with the goal of finding one by the end of the next day. He conducted pretty nuanced negotiations, got us to a final contract and managed the process for us while we went back home to Indiana, preparing for the move.
