David is very laid-back, but very thorough, skilled and professional. He got to know me, quickly "got" what we needed and provided solid guidance through a fast and furious process of getting the right house quickly in a very strong market. Together, we decided which house was best for us given the choices. He made sure I considered all options. He negotiated skillfully with the owner directly (it was a For Sale By Owner). He advised me through the inspection process and made sure things moved forward in our absence, prior to closing. Also importantly: we laughed! A year later, we stay in touch and he keeps us posted on sales prices in our neighborhood.
