I called on Friday when the old furnace died. Daniels had helped me twice before when I got their name from Angie's List. They would have come on the weekend -- part of the reason I chose them originally was that they do emergency calls -- but I decided that it wasn't an emergency. Chris was on time, pleasant and reassuring, and very polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained all I need to know about my furnace. I was somewhat stunned by the price (which matched the original estimate), but this was a big item, and only my small budget made me cringe. I was completely pleased and satisfied by the entire transaction.

The team was very professional. David was the lead, and he took the time to explain everything prior to them staring. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They I called to say they were running late but that was fine. They arrived when they said they would.

It turned out very well. They came out a week after the big deal was purchased and that was just because of scheduling, their schedules and our schedules. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They're reasonable and prompt. I would recommend them.

Seemed to go well though we did get quite a bit of debris blown out of our ducts the first time we turned on the heat after the "treatment." We paid an extra $10 to get the exhaust duct for the clothes dryer cleaned out. Now I feel no air flow at the exhaust port outside the house - makes me wonder if the duct was perforated but I haven't gone into the crawl space to check it out yet.
All in all I'm not unhappy - just a little uncertain. Doubt anyone else would have done better.
