I've had very good experience. I use Ana as my house cleaner and she's wonderful. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I can always depend on them to do a good job. They take pride in their work. That's what I like. I would absolutely use them.

The girl that came out was very nice and brought all of her own supplies. The cleaning was less than good. The floors will still dirty under the throw rug in the bathroom. The wood floors had been mopped against the grain and probably with the same bucket for the entire house so there were streaks everywhere. The pillows and throw blankets on the couch had not been touched. The oven was not even wiped down inside. I moved here from Nevada and had used a service previously in Nevada that was exceptional. I was hoping for the same standards from Dana's. The price I paid in NV was 100 per week. I had two girls who cleaned everything. They would clean everything including the inside of the refrigerator, oven, stoves, etc. Dana's was $105 after discount and it seemed they just quickly wiped things down. Not a very thorough cleaning.
