We purchased a home from DR Horton this year. As first time home buyers, we were naive about a few things, but we are learning quickly! We were outright discouraged from having a home inspection done by our sales agent and since we moved in we've had nothing but problems. In less than four months, we have had about 10 warranty calls from different sub-contractors. Now, due to poor grouting, we have water damage in our master bath. We also found that the framing for that half wall is split in several places but DR Horton is trying act like it is no big deal. DR Horton has been pressing us to let them repair the damage quickly, but now we are insisting on a home inspection. Their warranty department has been subtly condescending and very pushy, but we are standing our ground.

I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN MY HOUSE GOT DONE. IT'S TWO STORIES SO I HAVE MY OWN OFFICE AND THREE BEDROOMS. THE QUALITY IS GREAT AND THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WERE OUTSTANDING!

THEY HAVE VERY CONSISTENT QUALITY IN THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. THEY MADE THINGS JUST THE WAY I WANTED THEM DONE. THEY WERE ALSO ON SCHEDULE AND VERY FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE SERVICES.
