home builders
+ -1 morelousy, they saved 350 dollars in repairs to the heater, I actually got sick due to the change in temperature as I have a disability. The hospital bill was higher.
Description of Work: The builder uses substandard goodman heaters that don't even last the warranty time, they issue a paper that says has 10 year warranty but they actually called me 3 days later saying it has one year warranty, then I got an email today saying it has expired 2008, the house was built in 2006. there is a 2 10 warranty on major electrical and plumbing and structure components. DR Horton, repaired my neighbor house and not mine, they were built the same time. They think they can walk all over me because I am a female and senior but I will let all low about their lack of even compassion to respond to a heating problem in the middle of a storm, 3 days later, to even at least say we do not care we will not fix. I will also call CID in the city.
