saved the top molding and worked on it quickly - also very honest in that they said it was questionable whether it needed replacing even though they could have just sold me without really giving me much choice....Cash job even..

Work was professionally done in a timely manner. The installer was friendly and focused.

It went very well, better than I thought it would. The men informed me of what they were doing all the way along. They asked me questions about what I wanted and listened to me very closely. They did a little extra without charging me. They gave me the best price for the most work they could. Their work was very good, my windows were beautiful . I was very glad I had called them . It was the first time I had my windows professionally cleaned,and at the first sight of Spring I will call them again. The price was very reasonable.

We are highly satisfied with Dand B Glass. We called at 11:15 am and they had an estimator at our house by 12:15. We were called back at 1:15 with the estimate, which was reasonable. A two man crew cam back at4:15 and completed all work and cleanup within an hour. Glass work has a three year warranty for condensation between glass panes. We will use this company for any future glass needs.

I had my car windshield replaced, we arrived on time for our appointment and were given an approximate completion time. The repair was accomplished and everything looks great, I guess the only complaint I have is that it took a bit longer than I was told so I ended up going to the restaurant next door to pass the time and had a surprisingly good meal.

Got estimates from 2 companies, D and B Glass Co was the lowest and they timing suited us as it took less than an hour. No mess, no fuss. Will use them again.

When I originally called them they gave me the best price on the custom glass table top of all the places I called so I decided to go with them for all three projects. They came promptly for the estimate and called me with the price within 2 days. When I mentioned my limit they worked with me to keep the jobs beneath that limit. They came out to do the jobs within just a few days and were efficient, kind and explained everything clearly to me about how to take care of the projects. The table top was so so well made and looked very beautiful and I could see they were as happy to see it work out so well as I was! It felt as if we had just completed a beautiful project together. At each step I felt I was working with friends. I would definitely call them again and I do recommend them to anyone.

This involved coordinating the repair work with the tenant.  Initially, the interaction with the office was positive.  They coordinated a property visit to measure, source and identify options for the replacement.  All of that was set-up, but I ended up having to follow-up with them when they didn't call me to provide info on options, costs, lead-time, etc.  I believe they recorded my cell phone number incorrectly and that was the root cause for the contact issue.
I arranged for the service and payment, and instructed them to coordinate the work with my tenant.  I never heard back from them as to how the service call went, issues encountered if any, etc..  I ended up contacting the tenant quite some time after the service was scheduled to have occurred to see if all went as planned.  The tenant indicated that the work had been done and everything looked fine, but remarked that he was not impressed by the professionalism or punctuality of the service.  Apparently, there were some no-shows and/or late arrivals with respect to appointment times.

They were prompt, courteous, very clean, and completed the work at a reasonable price.

Representative was polite, informative, and straightforward on the phone. Technicians' trips for measuring and installation were on time and they seemed knowledgeable and professional. The glazing itself appears well-assembled. Installation was performed quickly, maybe a little too quickly. My only complaint is that the silicone sealant that holds the glazing to the frame was applied somewhat unevenly. I think they should have at least wiped off the excess silicone around the corners.

Provided initial estimate over the phone then came out to provide detailed estimate and take measurements. Took about 1 week to make the replacement window. Very courteous and professional -- would use again. Price was very reasonable for work performed.

After searching "glass and mirrors," we read Dand B's reviews, called them, a real person answered, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician called 20 minutes prior to his arrival, as promised, and when he arrived, said that it was a very, very small job. Five minutes work (or less) with silicon adhesive, and after asking us not to use the shower for 24-hours, he was on his way. Customer service is alive and well in Albuquerque! We are very happy customers - and Angie's List again proves to be invaluable ...

I nearly canceled the appointment with this contractor when they failed to show up within the appointment window that ended at 4PM. I was on the phone to cancel at 5PM when the doorbell rang and they were here to take the table measurements. They were able to deliver the finished job about 3 days later. They were supposed to come after 4PM but arrived early when I was not home. I called them as soon as I came home at 4PM, and they came over within 15 minutes. They cleaned the glass top and left an almost full can of the glass cleaner they used as well some extra plastic glass/tabletop spacers. They charged less than the original estimate as the table measurements were smaller than what I had measured. The glass does not extend over the recessed sloping border of the table which is about an inch in width. The glass tabletop looks great. On the first day of its use, some hot liquid accidentally spilled on the glass, and it protected the newly refinished wood table top. This was money well spent.

Man came promptly to give estimate, and when we scheduled, he (and assistant) were here on time to install. They were in and out in under 1/2 hour, clean, polite, friendly and very responsible. I am delighted with their service. Window is warranteed for 2 years. They told me it was most likely from the house settling. If we have any more, I'll call immediately.

Very professional and personable. They came out to give me an estimate on one day. Then I scheduled a replacement date and it went well. They even put up with my jabbering kids.

After another glass company had installed a film on the front windshield that became dangerously difficult to see through and requested $85 to remove it, we contacted Dand B glass instead. They charged us $40 to remove it, but not before trying to show us how to remove it ourselves and save ourselves the money! They did it quickly, on time, and so 3 months later when our car was broken into we didn't hesitate - we went straight to them to replace the side window. Again, they were friendly, prompt, professional, and reasonable. We've had no problems with any of their work since then, and will only use them in the future, even though they are across town from us.

I contacted several local glass companies through email. No one responded except for Dand B. They were absolutely wonderful. I was able to get all of the information and all of my questions answered through email with Mayra Ruiz before I even picked up the phone. She was thorough and thoughtful with all of my concerns. She recommended the perfect solution for me at and affordable price. When I did call, I spoke with Brian who was just as competent and great to work with. The deliveries guys were great. They installed the glass and were very friendly. My 3yr old had a great time watching them work. Great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. Very professional and personable!

I don't remember how much it cost me. They were very professional and very fast. They were able to finish the work on the same day. They came out promptly and were a good company. The price was reasonable. I decided to go with them because they were the first ones to respond. I would use them in the future.
