This company really knows how to do business. Every communication was satisfying and impressive. John, the owner, didn’t rush through the initial estimate and took care and time to answer our many questions. The team that was assigned to our job, Jacob and Antonio, were fabulous. They are consummate professionals, dependable, punctual, communicative and hard working. We have a lot more painting to do and we would not consider using any other company for it. They’ve spoiled us. I wish other contractor services were like them.

Workers showed up on time. They were courteous, polite and responsive. They painted expertly and paid close attention to every detail. Clearly, they took great pride in delivering high quality work and a professionally finished service. The worked clean and left no mess at all.

After we had our kitchen remodeled, we wanted to paint the inside of our house. Every room had an accent wall. They did an excellent job with cutting in the change of colors, etc. Good clean up. No unwanted drips or spills. After that we had them replace all the baseboard in our house and replace all of the interior doors. They matched the stain perfectly to the new cabinets we had in our kitchen. The kitchen was done in knotty alder, they used knotty pine. We can not tell the difference. We had them install entry way doors, front and back. Again, a perfect match to what was already there and an excellent job installing the doors. They do a great job of cleaning up. They are friendly and professional. We would recommend them in a flash.

I wish every business interaction I had went as well as this. Professional from beginning to end. Free estimate, wonderful people to work with and done in a timely manner. Rick who did our painting is an artist. You could not tell where he did the touch up work in any of our rooms. His painting was top notch . Efficient, professional clean quality work. We actually paid less than our original estimate. John Freeman the owner was wonderful to work with for our original estimate as was Aubrey who kept us informed about scheduling and payment. I can not recommend Cutting Edge Painting highly enough. I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent. John and Aubrey provided professional, timely, and fair estimate for this project. Cesar and crew did an exceptional job removing ivy which had been attached to the home for years! They repaired the damage done by the vine, and painted! Additionally, they repaired a damaged stucco wall and painted it as part of project. The home looks good as New!Honestly, this is one of the finest businesses in Albuquerque. They do exactly what they say they’ll do, on time, with quality products, and in a professional - friendly manner. Cutting edge is my only choice for our painting needs ... this is the 4th or 5th job John and team have done for us ... perfect every time.

The job went very well. John Freeman is professional, friendly and so easy to work with. He and his team are definitely customer focused. John visited with us about 3 times before the job started. He provided us with the first estimate, but we changed our minds about some of the details. He was happy to come out a second time to hear about the changes and provided us with a second estimate including the changes. Even after the job was started, we had a couple of last minute changes. John was patient and accommodating as well as were Cesar and Miguel who were doing the work. The estimate was right on. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Would absolutely hire them again.

We needed a contractor to paint and do some wood/rot repairs around our home. I was hoping to find a company that could do both and John and his team did! His team painted all of our fascia / trim, patio ceilings, outdoor pipes & fixtures on our 2-story home. John himself did the carpentry repairs and installed a new side-garage door for us. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. His price for the work done was also very reasonable as well. If I need any painting or small repairs done in the future, I'll definitely call John and his team and would recommend them to others who are looking for the same kind of work to be done.

They did a fantastic job. They were very detailed in their work and did quality work, and it was completed quickly. I think the paints they used were high quality. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns although it was for only minor things. Several neighbors have commented positively on the work. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The team was excellent. They moved furntiure, curtains etc and replaced everything as it was. I was sick in bed for the whole 3 days they were working and was able to rest and feel comfortable with them working in the house. They matched paint color with a different paint brand than the original and the house looks great.

Cutting Edge Painting did a great job. Very professional, excellent clean up. I thought the price quoted was fair, and they showed up when they said they were going to, which seems to be a tall order here in Albuquerque. I will definitely use them again when I have further painting needs.

Came to our home at a time convenient to our schedule. Identified all areas needing repair, paint options, and furniture protection. Provided a through and understandable quite. Did not add a service fee for payment by credit card. Moved and protected all furnishings and areas not to be painted. Performed all necessary drywall repairs, taped, cut in all areas as appropriate, and applied our desired paint in two coats throughout the living/dining/kitchen (great room)- all in a day and a half as quoted.

We had used them before two year ago in October. They are great. They do a wonderful job and they are really good. Their employees are professional and good. They take a lot of care in my home. They are not the cheapest. I would absolutely use them again.

Prompt workers friendly. Work not impressive. The job, as completed, is why I hate to pay for painting to be done. When I first inspected, the paint was still wet in the last room painted. Once paint dried, I was able to see one problem, called company and the problem was quickly corrected. As time has passed, I have realized more and more the poor work quality performed. Most of the problems revolve around poor, to non existent, prep of the walls. Most of the poor prep and paint work occurred in the last area painted, the area painted after the two hour lunch of the painters. To be fair, I did not call back about problems after the first problem was corrected.

They were excellent. The owner, John and Kelly Freeman are very knowledgeable. They have been in business a long time. Everybody was prompt and they did a pristine job. My house looks perfect and I could not be happier. They sent me a survey to do on them. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up each day when they were done. I would use them again.
