Long story short: I am extremely pleased with Mo's services and cannot imagine a situation she wouldn't handle effectively. After a six-day absence I came home to a calm and healthy cat, a clean litter box, and (nice extra touch) several beautiful photos that Mo had shot during my absence. Mo exceeded expectations, taking the time to play with/cuddle the affection-loving cat and to send me daily reports. Although the cat didn't need special care this time (medications, etc.), I trust that Mo's professional experience will come in handy in such circumstances. Mo and I met initially to discuss my expectations and the associated cost and to allow me to decide (in her words) if I could be comfortable with her caring for my pet in my home. I signed paperwork authorizing her to seek veterinary care in the event of an illness or emergency. Before my departure she visited my home to meet my cat and get home-access instructions. Mo is straightforward, professional, and clearly an animal lover with extensive experience.

Monique did an excellent job, texting me with daily updates. My trip was extended by a day and she accommodated that with ease. All was great when I returned home. She tended to the cats, got my mail, brought in my trash/recycling ... I was very pleased with everything. I will continue to go to Cura Creatura for my pet sitting needs!

This is the best experience we have had with a pet sitter in Albuquerque . Monique was great to work with, and we came back home to happy, unstressed animals.

Monique is a very kind lady and you can see her love of animals the first time you meet her. She came to my house twice a day, was very flexible and even helpful in overcoming issues getting to my house. She took initiative to put my trash out and even vacuumed without me asking. Most importantly, I came home to two very spoiled, loved kitties which definitely puts my mind at ease, knowing that they are well taken care of when I am not there. I definitely recommend her to pet sit as she has integrity, she cares and makes every effort to make sure your pets are taken care of and happy. Thank you Monique for doing a great job!

I called Monique Thursday evening (very last minute) to watch our dogs that Friday-Sunday. She responded immediately and was willing to help us out. She visited the home a few hours later to meet the dogs and go over policies. One of my dogs is very selective on who he allows in his space, and he fell in love with her! Monique texted me the next day to give me a rundown on her visit. She is very laid back and professional, and GREAT with our dogs! We will absolutely call her next time we need a sitter.

Unfortunately, I just tried to call to schedule and the phone # is disconnected. I also tried to email them thru the website and did not get a reply.
I am heartbroken and am now searching for a new sitter for my and quot;kidsand quot; .... REALLY a shame that they have disappeared.

Monique Alcott replied to my inquiries promptly, quickly set up an appointment during which we discussed prices and what I needed done, supplied me with a nicely professional contract and price list, and agreed to help me with some services a little outside her usual pet sitting duties. Her prices are reasonable. Shortly before I left on my trip, Monique again visited me to pick up my house keys and get final instructions. While I was gone she did an excellent job of keeping my cats happy, my numerous hummingbird population fed, and my small garden alive. When I returned, I found my house, cats, and garden all in excellent order. I highly recommend Cura Creatura and Monique Alcott..

Jason and Monique promptly came to our home so we could interview them and they could meet our animals. They not only helped with the cats, but also set our garbage can in after I texted them. One of our cats messed outside the litter box and it was promptly cleaned. When we returned the cats were doing well.

When I contacted Ms. Alcott we were able to quickly set a time to meet, visit the house, introduce the cats and show her where everything was (food, litter, water). I gave her keys and I also left detailed instructions. She had been recommended by a vet that I have known for years, as Ms. Alcott worked as a Vet-tech for her. I must admit that having someone with that sort of experience taking care of my animals is very reassuring. I was gone 3 weeks and Ms. Alcott took care of 4 cats, including one that is separated from the others. She had to come to my house twice a day to feed them. She sent me e-mails to keep me updated and pictures so I wouldn't miss them so much. Ms. Alcott not only took care of the cats but watered the plants inside and out, AND cleaned the house before I got home (fur does accumulate after a week, let alone 3 weeks). I could tell that they had been loved while I was away, their furr was nice and petted and they didn't seem to mind that I had been gone. I will be using Ms. Alcott again next month and highly recommend her as a dependable pet sitter. She is affordable and conciencious and puts my mind at ease when I'm gone.
