The actual sale was completed. I questioned Cross Current three times about items that did not sell and could not get an answer. I was told to be at the house at 4:00 to retrieve any items remaining. They cleared the house before I arrived and no contact was available. My phone calls have not been returned. I finally received a list a liquidated item but several large items are not accounted for in the list. I did not receive a list of items donated to charity. Trash was left in kitchen drawers (food wrappers, used napkins, straws, etc.), boxes were left in closets and other trash was left in the garage because the city trash container was full. The carpet was vacuumed.
Description of Work: I contracted Cross Current to conduct an in-house estate sale of all items remaining on the property. Cross Current priced items, arranged furniture, clothing, kitchenware, and all other items for sale. Cross Current would donate items not sold to a charity. Cross Current added additional sale items from their 'warehouse' or previous sales. Cross Current would remove all trash and vacuum/sweep the floors. Cross Current charged a sale fee of 35%.
