Cross Country Movers

Movers themselves did a good job but trip planning and communication was very poor. Loaded us first then went all the way to Calif. to load second house to travel to Tucson then back to Flag but held up for days by snow and highway shutdown leaving us expecting delivery on Friday that didn’t come till Sunday with no info till Sat. Packers were also underestimated leaving them without adequate materials and having to come back a second day.

They made their move hassle free, and they handled all of their things with care. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about moving across country using a company, this is the place to go! They work with you and meet all of your moving need. They provide their own moving boxes as well which only made the move that much easier. I would have never thought that moving would be this simple until now. I would 100% use them again for my next move in the future. Special thanks to cross country movers crew in Albuquerque for doing such an incredible job handling everything with such care and making my move easy.

I called and spoke with Paul, explained the situation, and he immediately had me estimated, scheduled, and prepared for the move. Over the course of the next day and a half, I had to call Ryan to reschedule the move a few times due to a few issues I had at my new place and each time, JR and his team were so incredibly compassionate and understanding. They were also very thorough in explaining everything to me to the point where I had no additional questions. When we finally ended up moving on Saturday, Ryan sent out Harvey and his crew of men to help pack and move everything, which was such a relief in all of the stress we were going through. They laid down carpets everywhere, wrapped all of our furniture carefully, and didn't scratch up any of our walls. Moving in went just as smoothly. We were impressed with the tracking process for unpacking and wouldn't leave until everything was accounted for (which we greatly appreciated). Everyone was so professional: they definitely exceeded my expectations, which were already high. I will definitely use cross country every time I move!

I have used this company more then once for my cross country moving needs. I have my own company in NM and I found Cross Country Movers on Angieslist and decided to book them for my move because of there great reviews on yelp and google as well. The first move
they did for me was a job I just shipped from NM to TX. I had a couple last minute changes that needed to be done and they did it with no problem. They delivered all the items to without any hiccups. I was even impressed by Cross Country Movers professionalism and
promptness. The guys that did my unload where fantastic. A year after that I had another move for these guys but this time I had a large truck load in TX to get back to NM also. They made the hour drive up to my location to do the job of packing everything. Everyone was so nice and fun to work with. They even put together the furniture for me without me even asking. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great and honest long distance moving company.
