Cristal Electric

Discovered that my previous electrician had improperly wired to GFI at the panel causing a constant tripping of the unit. Connected the breaker and GFI properly and reconfigured the panel.  We tested the unit and it works fine now and the GFI tests good as well, providing required safety.
I called with my problem on Friday afternoon.  Luis carefully listened to my concerns and made an appointment for first thing Monday morning.  He called ahead, showed up on time, and troubleshot the issue in about 5 minutes, finished the job in 15 minutes.  He said it was so simple he couldn't charge me.  This company is fantastic, fast, professional, courteous, and licensed and bonded.  I would definitely recommend Cristal Electric for any electric work!

Top-notch professional!  I've used Cristal Electric for work in both commercial and residential areas and I've always been pleased with Luis' professionalism, promptness and integrity in how he does his work.  This is one of the good guys!  He gave me an estimate for installing four, single phase, 220 volt outlets in my garage which required him to reconfigure my service panel, penetrate the wall to run the conduit and wires into my garage, run conduit across the ceiling and install the four outlets.  The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Bonus!  The final cost came in well under his estimate when I was fully prepared to pay the estimated amount.  I highly recommend Cristal Electric to anyone needing and electrician who is trustworthy and well schooled in his craft!

I've also used Cristal Electric in the past to troubleshoot a problem with circuit breakers going to a sub-panel in an office area constantly activating and shutting down power to an entire section of our building.  Luis immediately diagnosed the problem as an insufficient breaker off the main panel along with wiring being installed from the main panel to the sub-panel that was not in compliance with safety and building code regulations.  He immediately corrected the problem and eliminated any issues we had with circuits popping or overloading in that area.  And he did it at a reasonable cost.  Again, this is a good electrician and someone you can rely on to do any electrical job right!

This place is awesome! I've used them several times in the past and every time their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work has been above par. Luis is very easy to work with and seems willing to go out of his way to accommodate your schedule when possible. I called him for a continually tripping circuit at my business and he immediately identified the problem as too small of a load being carried for a sub-panel. He ran higher amperage wiring from the main panel to the sub panel and installed higher amperage circuit breakers on the main panel with eliminated all problems with circuit breakers tripping on the sub panel. Recently, I recommended him to a friend who was having a problem with circuit breakers tripping on her power panel at her house. He responded to her call in the evening and within an hour, replaced a couple defective breakers and the problem was solved!
