It went very well. I've bought and sold more than a dozen homes, and Larry was the most thorough and transparent mortgage professional I've ever dealt with. He was very probing and thoughtful in his questioning of our situation, needs and desires. His recommendation included a full explanation and rationale on why he thought it was best for us. I pushed back, and he engaged respectfully and ultimately convinced me. The approval process was easy, and his staff followed though professionally. The only criticism I would have is that, being from the East Coast, I'm used to very quick response times, usually within a few hours. Things are a bit slower out here, which is fine, as long as you know that! But I'm very pleased with the service and the products. Larry also has a "tickler" in every client's file to check in at least once a year which is terrific in today's volatile environment.
