It took a long time for the manufacturer to ship the fans, but they were exactly what I wanted except one of the fans came with the wrong color glass globe for the light fixture. The manufacturer maintained that was an impossibility and would not exchange the globe unless it was paid for. Creative Lighting ordered the globe at their expense--no cost to me. B Lighting did the installation at a reasonable cost and did excellent work. I am very pleased with my fans and very appreciative of Creative Lighting employees who went the extra mile to see to it that I received the fan I ordered. Creative Lighting has a fabulous selection of lighting, ceiling fans, and other decorative items. Their prices are commensurate with the quality of the products they sell. Those who are looking for bargains may experience sticker shock, but those who want quality products and good service will agree that you get what you pay for.
