I regret hiring this company! The spiral staircase did end up getting done but it was months late and the design was changed without our consent. The Deck never got done and Nick Couty has taken over $20,000 in deposits and despite him agreeing that he owes us a refund he continues avoiding giving us our money back. I left a google review and he pulled the company off google. The facebook page shows he has done this to other people and he currently has multiple court filings against the company.
