First, they cut my phone line with a rototiller. Fortunately, I was home. I complained and the workers repaired it. Second, they broke a sprinkler with the tiller and did not tell me. The damage was not discovered until April. They also simply covered a large, exposed root instead of removing the root to ground level. The root was quickly exposed leaving a bump in the area. I contacted the company again in April regarding an issue with the crushers they placed. Most of that material was a powdery substance with little crushed rock. In November, the owner assured me that when tamped the material would compact and be “as hard as concrete”. It did not compact and is mostly dust. After I contacted the owner regarding this issue, he said the tamper they used was not working properly. He had known this since November (I have the email to prove it) and took no action to solve the problem. He promised to come and retamp the crushers. He was a no-show on 2 separate dates. He would not take my calls, respond to phone messages or email. I had to use a phone that was not mine to contact him because he would not answer. He obviously recognized my number. My advice is not to use this company.
