The service visit went well because my husband now takes in the vehicle in for any warranty repair or other maintenance. Prior to him taking the car in, the service advisors said that I needed tires for the first 19 months that I owned the car as they sold me the vehicle with  Continental run flat tires which are junk.  They tried and tried to sell me tires and in July we selected Pirellis from a tire company we have conducted business with for 20+ years. The tire dealer also purchased the tires that were still on the vehicle....hmmm

In approximately November, on the last service visit  my husband asked the service advisor about a vendor to repair chips on the paint that I inherited when I bought the car, The vendor wanted $1400.  We took it to Maurer's who performed the repairs at $120.00 paint chip repair and normal scratches - the car looks new!....hmmm

While I respect the owner and the price that he gave me on the vehicle. When the warranty expires, I will not be able to trust the service department and will have to go to another source for trustworthy maintenance.  I blame my experiences with the service advisors and their goal to get kickbacks or "add on" services.

I love the car but don't trust the integrity of the service advisors.

I think the visit was in November.

They asked my partner to leave without explanation. He came in for help and they threatened to call the police. The previous service was below average and Volvo sent us a survey and we filled it out accordingly. This I guess made the chump owner mad and they made my partner leave in a time of need. They humiliated him in front of other customers and Volvo and Lincoln should be ashamed this owner eddie corley is running it.
We are both really appalled and pity the owner and manager rick patel
buyer and service customer beware

I took my car to Corley's Lincoln because the check engine light and airbag light on my dash had come on. After checking the car I was told that the airbag needed a spring and that the check engine light was either an air sensor or a bad catalytic converter. I told them to change the air sensor first and see if that would fix the problem before spending money on a catalytic converter. I was told if I needed a converter it would be $600 plus and quot;next to nothingand quot; in labor. I authorized them to repair them the clock spring on the airbag. I was told after changing the oil that there was a leak. They charged me over $100 to diagnose the oil leaks and told me I had 3 major leaks that had to be repaired now and it would cost over $1300 to repair them all. I was also told that they had replaced the air sensor but the check engine light was still on so the Catalytic Converter was bad and had to be replace. I was told it would cost over $2300 to replace the converter that I was originally quoted $600 for. I told them that I could not afford the repairs and just needed to pick my car up. They made excuses for 2 days before I could actually get my car back and told me that the Catalytic converter was falling apart and that the car would stop running in 2-4 weeks if I did not have it replaced( I have not found any other mechanic that agrees that a catalytic converter will stop my car from running.). When I paid for my car the service man very curiously pointed out that the check engine light may or may not be on right.(why wouldn't it be on? They had told me it was on and that proved I needed their 2300 dollar Catalytic converter) Then the man that brought me the car made a point of the fact that the engine light wasn't on right now. Again very curious to me. On my way home my car died at a stop and the dashboard problem lights weren't working properly. It had never done that before. I got it restarted and made it home. A little while later while running an errand my car died again. It did this several more times so I made an appointment a nationwide repair facility. When I got home from taking my car to them I noticed their was fresh oil in my drive way where no other leaks had been. The nationwide repair shop opened the steering wheel components because Corley's shop had (mistakenly?) not put all of the screws back in. Then they tightened all of the electrical connections. The car no longer dies when driving. I had them check for oil leaks and they found that the oil in my driveway was from the oil filter that was VERY loose (was this another simple and quot;Mistakeand quot; by Corley's). They visually inspected the Catalytic coveters, (there are more than 1) and there was nothing physically wrong with any of them. They did a back pressure test on the exhaust and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the converters. My impression of this is simple. Corley's lied to me about the check engine light still being on after replacing the air sensor, and when they found out I would not authorize repair of the Catalytic Converter they had to make excuses about why the engine light wasn't on. They also had to figure out how to explain telling me I had 3 major oil leaks when there wasn't a drop on my driveway until I got the car back from them and it turns out that the only leak was because of something they did. I have my opinion as to why it took them 2 days to return my car to me and their and quot;mistakesand quot; seemed to cause problems that coincide with and mimic the symptoms the work that they wanted me to pay for but did not need to be done.

The service was under warranty so I didn't pay them any. They told me everything that they're gonna do and communicated with me very well. They ask patiently and they have a strong present. I wouldn't choose them over any other place in town necessarily. They do a good job and the dealership is fine.
