We used Mark for two different home inspections. The first went very well, was punctual, emailed information quickly, etc. The second he showed up on time but the sellers forgot to turn on the gas so we scheduled a time to meet after it was turned back on. My husband and our Realtor waited at the house for over an hour before hearing from Mark that he had forgotten and was on his way.

Mark was focused, knowledgeable and had a terrific eye for close detail. Together with his infrared camera (for detecting hidden moisture and electrical hot spots!), his report gave us (as buyers) great leverage in negotiating with the sellers. He was pleasant and punctual, and came back on very short notice during his busiest season to re-inspect; and then returned a third time just to make certain that the work the sellers had promised had been completed. (We didn't have a ladder or his good judgement to make the decision on our own). We highly recommend Mark L and CPI! As mentioned above - he's the one you want on your side!
