 + -1 moreWe wanted to speed up out computer, and they came and took the computer. They took everything out, and they did clean it up but everything was lost. My son lost over $200 worth of music. We tried to contact them to see what we could do, and they would not contact us back.
Description of Work: They took my computer and they were suppose to clean it up.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE REGARDING MY COMPUTER. THEY EXPLAINED IN TERMS THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY PREFORMED EXCELLENT WORK.
Description of Work: THEY RESTORED THE SYSTEM AND INSTALLED AN ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS.
