The owner of this little place is a older hardware guy. Used to work at fortune 500. Got the job done. In fact told me what i thought it was it was not and saved me a few hundred. Would go back and i recommend.

Although no problems were detected, I was given several suggestions about how to resolve the connectivity problem. By following these leads, I was able to resolve the problem. They were very generous with their time and charged me only the hardware diagnostic fee.

It went extremely well. As he was waiting for the malware cleaner to do a complete scan (reason for call); he helped my husband increase the size of a partioned disk which was not on his list to do for us. So he took the extra time and attention to this additional request. He also ran the malware cleaner on the second computer. My computer was fixed and cleaned up and runs more efficiently now for which I am extremely grateful. My husband is also very, very pleased that his disk partion was increased and he did not have to submit a second call.

If you like to feel like a fool because you don't use a computer all day long, Computer Corner is the place for you. If my doctor, auto mechanic or the guy who fixes my washing machine acted like the staff here, I'd go live off the grid in the desert. This was my third and last visit in as many years. Each time, my wife or I were greeted by a person who obviously had much more important things to do that deal with my dusty fan or frayed wire. I was corrected instantly for uttering things like 'download' instead of 'upload'....silly me. I was instructed to return home and fetch the UNIVERSAL POWER CORD. What would make me think that a place that sells and services computers would have one of those lying around?!? After they failed to return one on a previous visit, I thought I might hold on to this one...again, what was I thinking. In short, they made me feel like I was bothering them when I could not adequatly diagnose the problem (which was why I was there in the first place). A similar fix was made by a competetor a few weeks later for a fraction of the cost. It took days to get the work done, and when I picked it up, I was told it was a simple and quick fix (why not make up a good story to make me feel like I was at least getting my money's worth?). It seems like Computer Corner has bigger fish to fry, therefore better things to do than spending time with just me and my teensy-tiny little problem. There's plenty of other places to go in the Albuquerque area where they welcome you, listen to you, and help you fix your problem. Take your money and go there instead!

They were very professional. They got the thing repaired in about three days and got it back to me. They are very good. They have a TV show on about every other or third Saturday morning, and they answer questions from the public. It is actually a pretty professional operation. They have a small fee of $25 when I take my computer in, and they evaluate the hardware and software. They get back to me right away and let me know what the problem is, and whether I want to go forward with it or not. I did like that they got back to me soon after they got the computer, and then they did the repairs, and called me that it was done. The price was reasonable.

They were very good. This was the first time I've been there. They were very nice and courteous. They were prompt and they were ready the next day. I had an issue because the mute button wouldn't come out so I took it back and they fixed it. It was some type of default issue. I didn't have any problems with them. I was snowed in and couldn't get out for a few days. They were very nice and said to bring them in when I could.

Initially I thought that the problem might be Wireless related. Turned out to be a corrupted operating system. Called Computer Corner and made an appointment. The technician was punctual on both visits. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and very helpful. He kept the promises he made to me as to when the laptop would be ready and be returned. The laptop is now fuctioning flawlessly.

The technician immediately saw that I didn't need the wireless modem I had tried (unsucessfully) to connect, because the modem supplied by Qwest (my DSL supplier) had wireless capability. I was very impressed by his ease with recognizing this and with the whole process. He had me set up in less than an hour, and stayed by while I worked with my employer's support people to make sure all my connectivity was working.

Kept the computer for four whole days, did nothing but software updates we could have done ourselves, reported nothing much was wrong with computer, but every time we called, it was "almost ready." We finally told them we were picking the computer up whether it was ready or not. The computer was not much improved by their expensive and extremely slow service.

"The $150 was for two hours of service, even though we put in more time then that. When you can't find any problems, you then make sure all the windows and other updates are in place along with the latest drivers. Can not bill more when you can't find anything wrong. We do our very best but learned a long time ago that you can not make 100% of the people happy."

We brought in a five-year-old computer that had no disk space left, couldn't run CDs or DVDs, was filthy and very sluggish. Four days later, we left with what seems like a brand new computer. It's clean, runs fast, can run and record CDs and all our stored info and files were preserved perfectly.
