 + -1 moreWhat I liked about Michael Dunn at Coldwell Banker is that he was very good at negotiating the price and all of the contract information. When they said that they needed to repair things he was on top of them. He made sure that the people who came out to do the repair work, he recommended certain people like the roof repair so that it could be done before closing and so that it could pass home insurance. You know how you get insurance on your home? He made sure that all of this stuff was done to the specifications so that it would pass the home insurance. So, he was on top of that. He really did negotiate the price down for us and I was very thankful. We got the house much cheaper and it actually came in $10,000 cheaper than it was appraised for.
